PPRM — Portfolio, Pipeline & Resource Management

Mission

"We are a critical bridge between project teams and R&D leadership, providing the insights and structure needed to support good governance and delivery."

Vision

"R&D Portfolio and Pipeline – a trusted partner, driving decisions so we can choose the best path and deliver faster."

Strategy (2025–2027)

The PPRM strategy centers on: data-driven portfolio decisions, predictable and accelerated delivery, trusted/governed/reusable data, clear project-management accountability, improved R&D-wide project-management capability, integrated systems, and simpler, more intuitive user experiences.

2024 foundations already in place: trusted portfolio data, standardized monthly cadence, Planisware simplification, forecasting harmonization, Data Fabric adoption, automation, and legacy retirement — which by 2025–2026 evolved into a more explicit product and technology strategy.
